Dancey Homes, a Fredericksburg based CUSTOM HOME BUILDER and CUSTOM CABINET MAKER, designed and custom buillt this home and landscaping with pool. The home has solar panels, low voltage lighting throughout, with a critical load panel in case of power outages and a battery bank. Concrete water storage tank built in underneath 2700sf stone balcony that ended up 10' out of the ground in the back. The home has whole house reverse osmosis water filtration system that dumps access water from filtration into drip irrigation system under grass and plants.
DANCEY CABINETS designed and made all the cabinetry and millwork.
This was my house. I designed and built it for my wife and I. My wife even designed the color tile in dinning room and all the baths. She designed the patterns and picked each color and where it should go. I even painted the water color painting over the fireplace in the living room. I always tell people go and look at what your bulder lives in. Look inside of him or her, Actually five of the homes in this website were homes I built for myself and lived in.
